Sometimes the pictures you capture unexpectedly turn out to be your favourites. I was walking through Lincoln to go and grab some photos of the cathedral, when I saw a guy coming towards me on a scooter. I thought, I wonder if I can get a shot of this guy sharp with that classic blurred background. I didn’t have time to change my settings much, but luckily I was in aperture priority mode. So I quickly closed the aperture enough to slow my shutter and tracked him. This was, by far, my favourite picture of the day.
