365:300 MICHAEL DREESE

This image was taken during our short holiday at Long Beach Island, New Jersey, in early June. I ventured out at 5am hoping to catch a nice sunrise but found a storm instead. I should have run for the car but I stayed on the beach as the storm passed overhead. It took me nearly 100 frames to get what I was looking for! Shot with the XT-3 and the XF 16-80 lens. Thanks so much, Neale! I’m so proud and honoured to be a part of this worthy project. I guess it’s fitting that I share another stormy water scene!

[Michael Dreese started our 365 feature on day one, so I felt happy to invite him to be our 300th, as we close in on the final stretch of the feature. NJ]
