Today, I’d like to introduce you to Anna Hardy, one of the UK’s leading family photographers, who has a thing or two to say about being you, being authentic and being proud of what we do, celebrating our rough edges, and belonging in our space.
Anna talks about confidence, impostor syndrome and the fact that if you're largely self taught, which is common in photography, this can be just one of the factors we develop, as professionals, anxieties such as impostor syndrome. We also discuss integrity, confidence and the problem of focusing on others’ work and trying to emulate their successful style.
It's not been the easiest time by a long shot, so returning to the photographic coalface for some photographers is undoubtedly going to feel like an anxious step back into the working world. Anna Hardy helps photographers understand their businesses more.
