I took this picture when I was in Lahore. I was lucky enough to have a private tour of the Badshahi mosque. The mosque is incredibly beautiful. I have always liked Islamic architecture and the mosque exhibits an ornate simplicity if that isn’t an oxymoron. It was a shot taken with a simple pause in the walk to the mosque - a few colleagues (and some security staff) are already wandering ahead. So no great technical stuff here - it was indeed a snapshot. However it records a memorable day in my life.
