Christmas is over and a new year is approaching. Had half a day of work, since it's the law in Norwayland not to work more than half a day on Christmas Eve. Christmas Day and Boxing Day are days of work for most people but ‘fortunately’ this year they fell on a weekend. What was more fortunate was the weather these days. Come Christmas Day I decided to try and make some shots of the sunset from a vantage point not far from where I live, well approximately six kilometers walking. But I had misjudged and was a bit too late. So Boxing Day I was a bit more prepared, and chose a different point to shoot from, more specifically from the top of Mount Loevstakken. That's ten minutes by car, and an hour walking, ascending approximately 480 meters over the course of three kilometers. I was better prepared this time, and enclosed you will find a couple of the shots I managed to get. Which I kind of think is fitting for a year nearing it's end, even if it's probably not symbolic of the year itself. Much too nice for that I would say.
