365:184 PETER GAISER

Our winter has been a little bit colder this year, and consistent enough to freeze over portions of nearby Burke Lake. I don't have a sound recording to go with this, but just imagine the constant honking and fluttering of about 100 Canada geese in the middle of the lake and the screeches of a few gulls about 10 meters to my left. Taken at Burke Lake Park in Burke, Virginia.
