#10 SHOULD I PRINT OR POST?

Today is a show partly about digital detox and what it means to see and find your work in print. Each month on Photography Daily there’ll be feature documentaries called Focus Editions. They’ll be at the end of the month and will take a real deep dive into a subject and/or photographer. Many of my guests will be photojournalists with a great deal of experience and insight to share. Some will be social photographers, landscape shooters, sports specialists with more of a business offering.

Todays’s Photography Daily features this month’s focus guest, the ambassador for Blurb Books and today’s photo essay asks a question. Should I print or post?

You’d probably suggest that anyone who works with and evangelises for a self publishing book producer is bound by moral contract to promote printing above posting. Daniel Milnor’s work with the international book company Blurb is well documented, but he takes his passion for print to a level where he talks eloquently and genuinely about a world, or more accurately, his world in which the digital clutches of swipe left and like have been replaced, a social blackout where books and magazines have become a modern printing advocate of his off line life.

Today on Photography Daily we hear from two photographers; Emily Renier on what photography now means to her, having only recently become professional and Daniel Milnor with many years of image making behind and indeed in front of him.
