This was made in Warner, Kent when I was visiting my Dad. I took some mono images on my Q2 but I also had with me a pocket Fuji DL-510 film camera. My Dad loves to ‘collect’ and in amongst his collection of items he had a box of film cameras. Most of them were mine which I never knew he’d kept. Finding them was like rediscovering old friends and the Fuji camera was amongst them. During lockdown I wanted to, but didn’t really know how to, re-explore film in a digital age. I hadn’t learnt to develop film in the pas but with kind help from some of my instagram contacts I plucked up the courage to give it a go and I have a small collection of images on my instagram feed now. If you were to post an image I would like you to consider this one for my lovely Dad. It was made on Kodak Ultamax 400.
